Professional Media players are devices that can playback recorded media. They are built tougher and better than most consumer type media players. These devices are mostly housed in a rigid and tough metal or plastic composite chasis for protection against constant use, transportation and also against the weather or environment where they are being used like outdoors during a music concert or inside a smoke filled nightclubs and bars. |
Professional audio media recorders are devices that can record audio into different types of recording media formats like Magnetic Tapes and Recordable Compact Disc. Most recorders are also capable of playback for editing purposes. Some models are available as full function player and recorder like most stand alone cassette tape and cd recorders.
Professional audio media players and recorders are used mainly in the studios like TV or Radio broadcast stations or recording studios. Also used in nightclubs, bars, by mobile DJs and live sound reinforcement companies that supply professional audio systems for use in concerts or any other outdoor events requiring music playback and recording.
